APPROACH

Carine is a trained counsellor who provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for her clients to achieve their best outcomes. She is respectful, passionate and empathetic, and loves working collaboratively with clients of all ages and backgrounds to facilitate positive change, increased knowledge and understanding. Carine uses a strengths-based approach in her work and interactions with her clients.

Carine has experience in conducting assessments and uses a blend of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. She is passionate about the interaction between the brain and body and its influence on a persons’s mental health and overall wellbeing.

OTHER

Carine offers individual counselling. She is also bilingual and provides services in English and Afrikaans.
